His valuable Architectural knowledge made him an excellent architectural critic and design theorist, and he became very influentual to design in post war years.

They redefined the office workplace and literally invented the ergonomic chair, ren't we pleased they did that! Today they are still alive and kicking and focus on office furniture being the second largest office furniture company in the world.
