The honest minimalism, use of standard parts and simple materials, plywood and steel, meant that the storage units set a very high standard of design that is still only mimicked today. These storage units have three open shelves, four covered shelves and three shallow drawers. They have nylon glides to the base to protect floors, are made of steel, so are self supporting and are finished on all sides so are able to be used to divide up office spaces as screens. The dimple finish on the plywood panels add ornamentation to an otherwise industrial look. A very versatile unit, which compliments the commercial office, home office or apartment.
